• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to expand market share and achieve sales targets in Lithuania. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the Lithuanian market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, distributors, and key stakeholders in Lithuania. • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop competitive and tailored proposals to the Lithuanian market clients. • Coordinate sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to evaluate progress against targets and identify areas for improvement. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking opportunities in Lithuania. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
• Bachelor's degree in sales or related field • Proven track record of success in sales management, business development, or related roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Lithuanian market. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and problem-solving abilities. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales growth and achieving targets. • Knowledge of technical services, scaffolding, insulation industry, and understanding of customer needs and market dynamics in Lithuania. • Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages; additional language skills are a plus. • Ability to travel within Lithuania and occasionally internationally as needed.
