📋 Description

• Implementation of commercial sales objectives and conversion of market potential into tangible sales results • Support Sales Operations across the entire sales process — from acquiring new customers (B2B & B2C), processing leads and opportunities, preparing and following up on proposals, to maintaining CRM and sales data, supporting pricing and quoting processes, and developing and implementing new sales strategies • Support Account Management and assist in servicing existing customers, handling contract and service adjustments, and identifying sales opportunities to ensure high customer satisfaction • Point of contact for operational customer inquiries • Coordination with internal departments to find solutions and support escalation management • Support reporting and CRM management by creating reports and forecasts and analyzing customer and sales metrics to ensure a transparent sales pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of sales experience in IT solutions sales (system integrator or comparable) • Initial experience in account management is an advantage • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) • Customer-oriented with strong service and communication skills • Analytical abilities, structured way of working, and understanding of sales metrics • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, reliability, and team spirit • Understanding of standardized sales and account processes • Very good German and at least good English skills
