📋 Description

• Continuously develop relationships with top accounts in the energy sector as a strategic partner for energy transition stakeholders • Build a sustainable sales pipeline • Represent IT Sonix at relevant industry events, such as E-world • Advise decision-makers on smart metering, smart grid management, and the use of AI for load forecasting or grid optimization • Manage sales activities while taking into account critical industry regulations, such as KRITIS, BSI requirements, and the IT Security Catalogue • Work closely with agile coaches, UI/UX designers, and software developers • Co-design tailored, highly secure software solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification with a strong focus on the energy sector or IT • Several years of proven B2B sales experience in the utilities sector, or extensive experience at an energy supplier or energy consultancy • Strong understanding of industry processes, including generation, grids, sales, and trading • Strong affinity for modern software architectures, AI use cases, and data security • Sound knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum • Ability to represent and champion an agile culture convincingly with customers • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at management level • Diplomatic acumen when dealing with complex stakeholder structures • Strong network within the energy industry • Excellent written and spoken German
