Description

• You will be responsible for continuous improvement and maintenance of our IT service management processes and systems to ensure business continuity and process automation. • Administer Neurons for ITMS and Asset Management tool as a Customer Zero. • Work with the Business on new projects, implementations, requirements gathering, design and planning. • Develop current processes and solutions and build new integrations. • Use scripting and programming to automate repetitive tasks. • Use REST APIs to integrate and automate new systems and processes.

Requirements

• Experience with Ivanti Service Manager (Neurons for ITSM) • Experience in delivering projects and implementing custom solutions • Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB and ITIL business processes • Strong technical troubleshooting skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Understanding of Database and Server Technologies • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills • Self-motivated to develop technically. • Ability to cope and work under pressure. • Able to adapt quickly to change. • Flexible and open approach • Must be able to work well with others as part of a team but at the same time able to work independently.
