Description

• Develop and execute the organization’s technology strategy • Build and manage a world-class team of 30+ technologists • Ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards • Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology partners and vendors • Oversee the design, development and deployment of technology platforms • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technology • Ensure compliance with regulations and develop processes and protocols • Potentially act as the company CISO

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 15+ years of experience in software development and architecture • 7+ years of experience in a leadership role • Strong technical expertise in modern software development practices, cloud infrastructure, data analytics, and security • Passion for growing and mentoring the team's technical and leadership skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strategic mindset • Strong point of view on architecture across platforms

Benefits
