📋 Description

• Management of a defined customer base in retail and petrol stations, and acquisition of new customers within the assigned sales territory • Achieving set sales targets and increasing revenue through effective sales strategies • Expanding distribution, ensuring economically viable stock levels, and promoting sell-through through sales promotions • Maintenance, securing, and expansion of “Perfect Shelf” concepts on the shelf to strengthen brand representation • Advising and influencing customers on ordering, stock management, primary and secondary placements, and promotional activities • Active selling as part of KAM promotions, in-store marketing campaigns, and coupon (Talon) promotions • Efficient route planning using CRM software Salesforce • Representing the company at trade fairs and markets • Preparing reports and feedback from the region to the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• EU citizenship and/or a valid work permit required • No relocation assistance available for this position • At least completed commercial vocational training or higher • Several years of field sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector or in consumer goods sales • Strong sales and negotiation skills as well as experience in customer account management • Independent working style with a high degree of initiative and flexibility • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and team orientation • Analytical thinking • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset • Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems • Strong alignment with company values • High willingness to travel within Germany including willingness to stay overnight • Fluent in German and basic knowledge of English • Driving license class B (car)
