📋 Description

• Manage existing accounts in grocery retail and actively expand relationships • Acquire new partners through face-to-face meetings and telephone outreach • Increase brand visibility with prominent shelf placements and display units • Present products on-site and provide professional, solution-oriented consultation • Organize tastings and sales promotion events • Monitor trends and competitors and conduct market analysis • Regularly report on successes and market insights • Represent fayn at trade fairs and sales events

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in field sales, ideally in the food sector or grocery retail • Passion for premium products and a confident, persuasive presence • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation ability • Structured, independent and solution-focused working style • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory • Driving license (Class B) • Excellent spoken and written German • Initial professional experience and motivation for the next career step
