• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team
• Extensive professional experience with Linux based servers, including shell scripting (Required). • Extensive professional experience with AWS services, especially EC2, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB (Required). Other Cloud providers might be considered in case of lack of experience with AWS. • Strong experience with a current programming language, developing cloud applications. (e.g., Python, Golang). (Required) • Experience developing enterprise grade software with understanding of testing and quality assurance processes. (Required). • Experience with infrastructure as code software (e.g. CloudFormation, Terraform) • Experience with containerization concepts and Kubernetes. (Preferred) • Experience with source control systems like Git. • Experience with industry standard configuration management and deployment tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet). • Experience with issue tracking software (JIRA, Salesforce). • Experience with CI/CD Tools and Techniques (CodePipeline, Jenkins, Github Actions or other). • Certificates commonly held by those in the role include one or more of: LPIC-1, LPIC-2, LPIC-3, RHCE (RedHat Certified Engineer), AWS Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Certified Developer Associate, AWS Certified SysOps Associate. (Preferred)
