• 2+ years in team management • 2+ years of SaaS experience • 5+ years experience in Sales and Customer Success • Proven experience in building, managing, and iterating on sales, success, or customer programs and teams • Strong leadership skills in driving activation and adoption goals • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and partnering with product and development teams • Proven track record of enabling customer success and maximizing product usage • Previous experience in churn analysis and management • Experience leveraging data to support decision-making processes
