Description

• Work as a Staff Software Developer with two teams to build integrated care for practitioners, patients, and staff in the Jane ecosystem • Reimagine communications across Jane and build next-generation architecture for communication channels • Guide teams in complex technical decisions, provide mentorship, and support • Contribute to the code base, set patterns, and implement complex features • Work with Ruby on Rails, React, Typescript, Java, and other languages • Support continuous improvement processes and drive innovation • Collaborate across teams in architecture forums to drive innovation • Champion refactoring and performance enhancements for the product experience and business growth

Requirements

• Experience scaling systems vertically and horizontally • Building and maintaining highly performant services in Java, Scala, Kotlin, Python, Go, or Rust • Communications experience with various platforms and third-party integrations • Expertise in cloud architecture, containerization, AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm • Defining and applying architectural and design patterns • Data modeling and working with data stores like Postgres, MySQL, Redis, and Kafka
