• Overseeing the full 360 recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, hiring, compliance, onboarding/Off boarding, conducting 1 on1 with internal employees and solving the problem if needed, helping with hiring documentation, etc. • Developing a pool of qualified candidates using various sourcing strategies and methodologies. • Collaborating with the HRBP Team to determine appropriate sourcing strategy. • Communicating and dealing with external stakeholders to define and modify requirements, time management, and insurance in relation to contract management and human resources processes. • Creating and maintaining strong networking relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Full life cycle recruitment efforts and client relationship management primarily for assigned departments. • Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the Department Head and the rest of the hiring team.
• Proven 3-5 years of work experience as a Senior Recruiter (either in-house) focused on full life cycle recruitment (180/360 recruitment) managing all phases of the process. • Scaling remote teams from scratch and working experience with APAC teams. • Japanese speaker (N4-N5 level) • Prior ATS experience. Workable is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making aptitude. • Willing to work in a fast-paced information technology environment. • Comfortable in working 100% remotely and independently with minimal supervision. • Fluency in the English language.
