📋 Description

• Own and drive the EHS strategy for India operations in alignment with global/company EHS standards. • Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS policies, SOPs, and controls across all sites. • Act as the single point of contact for EHS matters for India operations. • Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian EHS laws and regulations. • Conduct periodic safety inspections, risk assessments, and EHS audits across offices, campuses, and operational sites. • Design and implement emergency response plans (ERP) and Disaster Management Plans. • Define and enforce contractor EHS requirements across India operations. • Conduct EHS training programs for Employees, Facility teams, Security, housekeeping, and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Environmental Science / Industrial Safety • Diploma or Postgraduate qualification in Safety Management preferred • NEBOSH / IOSH / ADIS / ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (any combination) preferred • 7–12 years of progressive EHS experience • Proven experience handling multi‑location or pan‑India operations • Experience in corporate offices, IT/ITES, commercial facilities, or managed workplaces preferred • Strong knowledge of Indian EHS legislation and compliance requirements • Hands‑on experience with audits, fire safety, and emergency response • Ability to work with cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams • Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills
