📋 Description

• Manage the team to ensure that service delivery standards are maintained • Serve as the single point of contact for team members on operational issues • Conduct feedback and coaching sessions and run regular team meetings • Assist with new hire training and nesting • Maintain policy and process documentation • Support other leaders and foster a team culture among peers • Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders • Recommend and implement continuous improvement and operational excellence programs • Manage talent retention and acceptable attrition levels • Provide reporting and data insights on team performance • Address support tickets, escalate to IT support, and resolve system issues within agreed service levels • Update MRI procedures, user guides, and training documentation • Process MRI change requests, issue logs, and enhancement requests • Test fixes and enhancements and update test scripts before live deployment • Assist with system upgrades and service pack testing • Conduct Webex knowledge transfer sessions • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, project deliverables, test documentation, and system testing • Work with the business on documentation and testing of production releases • Implement new initiatives and process improvements • Keep policies and procedures up to date

🎯 Requirements

• MRI software experience; understanding core MRI software functionality, database structure and table schema desirable • Financial (accounts payable and accounts receivable) background • Accounting background; CPA not required • SQL knowledge and experience • Confident communicator with good presentation skills • Basic pre-employment requirements: NBI clearance, official transcript of records, government IDs, etc. • Ability to manage teams and maintain service delivery standards • Strong communication and relationship skills • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and negotiation ability • Ability to work with subject matter experts, superiors, peers, clients, and stakeholders
