📋 Description

• Lead a medium-sized team and oversee strategic and tactical team operations • Translate the organization’s mission, vision, goals, and strategies into actionable priorities for the local clinical team • Ensure the effectiveness of the field team through one-on-one travel and on-site coaching • Manage clinical outcomes through best practices and clinical Abiomed training to optimize patient care and the customer experience • Manage and support patient implant coverage and customer communications • Ensure employee and customer competency through the development, retention, and performance management of the clinical team • Recruit clinical team members, including building a candidate pipeline • Continuously develop the team’s personal and professional skills • Travel regularly and frequently with team members (50–80%)

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in nursing or an equivalent clinical qualification required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • At least 7 years of relevant experience in cardiology required; interventional cardiology preferred • At least 5 years of leadership experience preferred • Strategic sales skills and sales experience required • Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly and effectively • Very good German and good English skills • Willingness to travel regularly and frequently with team members (50–80%)
