📋 Description
• Own full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing) for SDR, AE, and Customer Success roles across Canada • Partner with sales and CS hiring managers to define role requirements, build search strategy, and forecast hiring needs • Build and manage a GTM talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, referrals, and market mapping • Guide candidates through the process with clear, timely communication and a strong candidate experience • Conduct interviews in both French and English as needed • Support bilingual job postings and candidate communication • Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and funnel conversion using data • Report hiring progress to stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Experience recruiting for sales/GTM roles, including SDR, AE, and Customer Success, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Fluency in French and English, spoken and written, strongly preferred • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to partner with and influence sales leaders • Track record of building sourcing pipelines and closing competitive candidates • Familiarity with recruiting/ATS tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter • Based in Canada
