• Lead the team based on our company's mission and core values to execute Sandra's vision. • Oversee client service operations and the team to enhance results and client retention. • Predict capacity needs of our fast-growing company and guide the team in improving business processes and efficiencies to ensure profitability. • Conduct thorough audits of processes and systems, collaborating with the team to prioritize and implement improvements. • This is a full-time position. While we keep ET office hours, we offer flexibility in scheduling. Requirements
• 5+ years of leadership experience in roles like operations management or account management. • A professional attitude and the ability to earn respect. • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment. • Comfort with technology and quick adaptability to new tools. • Reliable computer and internet connection for smooth workdays. • A quiet workspace for meetings and focused tasks. • Ownership mentality and a drive for efficiency. • Natural leadership skills that inspire and motivate your team. • Effective communication skills for presentations and one-on-one interactions. • Analytical thinking to turn data into actionable insights. • Strong project management abilities to keep things organized. • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards. • A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields. • Familiarity with the nonprofit sector in the US is a plus!nFor this role, we also need someone who: • Is great at leading and making connections with people. • Thinks strategically and can come up with smart solutions to problems. • Puts clients first and always aims to exceed their expectations. • Has a positive attitude and motivates others to do their best. • Communicates openly and honestly, with kindness and empathy. • Is curious and enjoys learning new things, always asking questions. • Understands people's emotions well and handles situations with care and understanding

• Competitive Salary: Earn a monthly salary of $3500 - $4000 per month* • Enjoy 27 days of vacation available for immediate use upon hire, with an additional day added each anniversary year up to year 4. Since there are no official holidays, you can use your PTO however you like. • Receive 5 days of sick leave in the first year, with an additional day added on each anniversary year: 1 day at the 1st anniversary, 2 days at the 2nd anniversary, and 3 days at the 3rd anniversary.
