• Right now, GearTOP is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to take charge of Amazon listings, ensuring they attract more visitors and convert them into customers. This means delving into keyword research and using external e-commerce platforms to boost traffic. It's about smart strategy, not just advertising. • Once you join GearTOP, an onboarding process will be organized for you to get used to the accounts and learn about the products. You will have the freedom to voice your recommendations and suggestions. Training will be provided on all tools depending on your experience. Although you will mostly get accustomed to the systems at GearTOP during your first few weeks, the team counts on your experience and expertise and you will be expected to start picking up tasks quickly.
• 3+ years of experience with Amazon • Experience working with flat files • Experience with problem resolution with Seller Central • Experience with listing optimization and improving listings for better conversion • Experience with Helium 10 or Jungle Scout, and, ideally, Datadive tools • Marketing-savvy mindset and the ability to deliver great results • Self-sufficient approach to work and eagerness to accomplish great results • Great decision-making and problem-solving skills • Great communication skills and excellent knowledge of English • An interest in using AI to simplify tasks and spark new ideas.
