📋 Description

• Own overall operational architecture, agency efficiency, and operational profitability • Build, refine, and enforce SOPs, quality benchmarks, and automated workflows across the agency • Manage, mentor, and hold Account Managers accountable for team output and client satisfaction • Leverage AI tools, integrations, and modern software to streamline production cycles • Maintain financial oversight, monitoring margins, capacity planning, and resource allocation • Act as the final escalation point for major client or delivery risks before founder involvement • Drive strategic growth and scaling initiatives alongside executive vision • Design and oversee scalable operational systems and agency-wide SOPs • Implement AI tools and custom workflow automations to eliminate manual overhead • Lead strategic operational reviews and high-level leadership alignment meetings • Optimize end-to-end workflows from client onboarding through ongoing retention • Forecast capacity needs and plan recruitment strategy alongside company growth • Drive operational excellence, governance, and accountability culture cross-functionally • Enable founders to focus on strategic vision while running day-to-day operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years of operations leadership experience in small to mid-sized agency environments • Proven track record of designing SOPs, scaling systems, and driving organizational accountability • High fluency with AI tools, workflow automation platforms (e.g. Make, Zapier), and modern tech stacks • Experience managing leaders and Account Managers rather than direct execution staff • Strong financial oversight skills (margins, budgeting, capacity planning, cost management) • Exceptional executive communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities • Decisive leadership style with the confidence to run company operations autonomously • Direct experience in fast-moving social media, video content, or creative production agencies is advantageous • Experience aiding founder transition from operational management to strategic guidance is advantageous • Must be willing to work remotely as an independent contractor • Must work UK hours, 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday • This is a full-time, primary role with no freelancing or second jobs
