Leading the migration initiative from on-premise to MS Azure Cloud Providing technical oversight and guidance to the project team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and standards Communicating with stakeholders to understand requirements, present updates, and address concerns, demonstrating strong business understanding Driving a commitment to achieve and deliver quality Leading and motivating the project team towards successful project outcomes, while encouraging proactive problem-solving and communication Good technical background allowing to communicate with the technical team (SAS DI, SQL, MS Azure, MS Synapse, PySpark) Good business understanding , making it possible to present, talk and listen to the customer Strong leader / people manager profile who understands project goals Proactive and enthusiastic approach / communication A straight-forward and open attitude with entrepreneurial spirit Previous experience with projects within banking/insurance context is a nice to have Fluent in French is a plus Fluent in English Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or having a work permit for Portugal
