📋 Description
• Analyze, design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs for Enrollment • Collaborate with Enrollment stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and define learning objectives • Develop instructional design strategies tailored to learner needs • Design and create engaging and interactive learning materials • Evaluate and adapt existing training materials to align with objectives • Facilitate live virtual training sessions for New Hire Advisors
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • Master's degree within Instructional Design and Technology field preferred • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Enrollment Advisor required • Prior experience in project management required • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or instructional design strongly preferred • Prior experience developing and implementing virtual training and development strongly preferred
