📋 Description

• Configure and maintain the grants management system for client-facing digital experiences • Configure system modules, user roles, forms, business rules, permissions, and automation paths • Ensure configuration changes follow internal standards and maintain platform integrity • Identify, diagnose, and resolve configuration-related issues • Escalate complex technical problems to development teams and collaborate on resolutions • Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot workflow or setup inconsistencies • Gather agency requirements and translate them into functional system configurations • Guide non-technical stakeholders through configuration logic • Prepare configuration documentation and maintain knowledge bases • Participate in QA testing for updates, releases, and new features • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to close feedback loops • Suggest improvements to workflow efficiency and configuration processes • Support onboarding of new clients through platform setup and data alignment

• Analytical, tech-savvy, meticulous, and highly responsive • Ability to configure and maintain a grants management system according to client needs and workflow specifications • Ability to set up system modules, user roles, forms, business rules, permissions, and automation paths • Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve configuration-related issues • Ability to collaborate with development teams on complex technical problems • Ability to validate data accuracy and troubleshoot workflow or setup inconsistencies • Ability to understand agency requirements and translate them into system solutions • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders • Ability to prepare and maintain configuration documentation and update knowledge bases • Ability to participate in QA testing for updates, releases, and new features • Ability to ensure implementations meet compliance, functional, and user experience expectations • Ability to collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support teams • Ability to support new-client onboarding, platform setup, and data alignment
