📋 Description

• Support Talent Strategy areas including Learning Consultants, Career Experience, Talent Development, and Organizational Effectiveness • Create communication materials, Source pages, function-specific messages, and HR Slack communications • Maintain communications calendars and coordinate communications across Talent Strategy, HR COEs, HRBPs, and Communications teams • Organize Talent Strategy resources and communication materials • Use AI prompt engineering with Gemini Enterprise, Claude, and ChatGPT for communications, presentations, analysis, and unstructured data • Provide operational support for Talent Strategy solutions • Coordinate onsite and virtual program and event logistics with IT and Workplace Experience teams • Manage facilitator tools and resources and ensure consistent program execution • Serve as point of contact for Talent Strategy inquiries and maintain learning resources • Align onboarding, acculturation, employee development, and employee experience programs • Track project and roadmap progress and provide status updates • Administer global learning programs in the EDGE Learning Management System • Provide LMS reporting, system communications, and profile management • Partner with clients to define measurable learning objectives and KPIs aligned with business priorities • Conduct quarterly check-ins and refine strategies using performance data • Measure and report program effectiveness using assessments, surveys, and feedback • Identify process improvements and integrate relevant trends and technologies • Develop and track program metrics covering efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes • Deliver monthly reports on program results, forecasts, and target comparisons • Coordinate data collection and analysis with the Sr. Data Insights & Analytics Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in operations, event planning, or learning program management • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment • Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt under pressure • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Asana, and Zoom • Expertise in data-driven decision-making and analytics-guided strategy • Budget and project management experience • Knowledge of learning trends, technologies, and best practices
