📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles across the US and European markets. • Source through premium job boards (Dice, Monster, CV-Library, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal databases. • Engage and manage candidates across time zones and languages. • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive timely closures. • Maintain accurate reports and pipeline health via ATS/trackers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–6 years of recruitment experience for international roles (preferably US + Europe) • Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT domains, job specs, and client expectations • Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C) and basic GDPR-compliant practices in European hiring • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Ability to work India evening shifts (overlapping with US & Europe time zones)
