• Lead end to end recruitment for roles including Registered Dietitians (RDs), PharmDs, Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and MDs. • Source and onboard 1099 clinicians as needed. • Keep candidates moving through the process with clarity, support, and a consistent connection to 9amHealth's mission and values. • Partner with Operations and Clinical leadership to align on hiring priorities and role requirements. • Work in close partnership with our Sr. Talent Partner, who owns Ashby and supports recruiting operations. • Source actively, screen quickly, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously to deliver hires within tight timelines. • Leverage Ashby to manage candidates and optimize clinical recruiting processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in clinical recruiting (RDs, NPs, PharmDs, MDs, or comparable roles). • Proven track record of filling roles quickly in a fast paced or early stage environment. • Ability to manage multiple searches at once and deliver results under tight timelines. • Flexibility to recruit both full-time employees and 1099 contractors. • Comfortable working in a lean startup environment where priorities can shift quickly. • Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS.
