📋 Description

• Own end-to-end hiring across all functions • Run full-cycle recruiting for roles across engineering, product, design, and business • Treat sourcing as a craft and run thoughtful outbound campaigns • Be a true partner to hiring managers • Deliver a candidate experience that reflects the high standard we expect of candidates • Contribute to building and scaling the Talent Acquisition function

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-growing tech or product environment • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience across a wide variety of roles • Comfortable hiring both technical and non-technical candidates • Mindset that recruiting in a startup is sales-driven • High-standards mindset • Curious and experimental with AI and related tools • Business-partner mindset • Operator mentality with strong execution skills • Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English • No specific education requirement — track record and results matter more than credentials • Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus
