• Drive revenue growth via net-new and back-to-base sales of software and services • Ensure each prospect or customer is excellently guided through the purchase journey • Complete end-to-end sales cycles with each prospect or customer; from lead generation through to product demonstration, vetting, negotiation and closing • Maintain personal pipeline and opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle via Nutshell • Assist with the creation and execution of outbound and inbound marketing campaigns • Prepare quotes, contract documentation and requests for proposals • Perform periodic trips to trade shows and prospect sites for exhibitions and onsite presentations • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and competency on all Fusion products and services • Participate in regular departmental meetings to review strategic goals and initiatives • Perform remote and onsite demonstrations of Fusion products • Maintain expertise on trends in the Campus Recreation and Municipal Recreation industries • Provide weekly and monthly reports on personal pipeline, activity targets and closed deals to the Director of Sales
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration or similar • Prior experience working in a Campus Recreation setting and/or utilizing Fusion is an asset • Experience in selling software solutions and/or working in a fitness/recreation setting is an asset, but not required • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and oral/written communication skills • A strong attention to detail • Excellent knowledge of sales practices and principals • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Previous experience with online meeting tools (i.e. Zoom) sales CRMs (i.e. Salesforce) and other software platforms • Integrity and reliability • Ability to learn, think and respond on the fly • Ability to work effectively both individually and as a team
