📋 Description
• Configure, deploy, and maintain JoVE LTI integrations across Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, and Brightspace. • Work directly with university LMS administrators and IT teams to install and provision JoVE tools. • Manage LTI credentials, security configurations, and deployment workflows. • Perform testing, validation, and QA of integrations, including deep linking, grade passback, and authentication. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving access errors, content launch failures, and configuration mismatches. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate client feedback and improve integration capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree. • 3+ years of proven proficiency in SaaS ecosystems, API connectivity, technical solution delivery, or sales engineering support. • Knowledge of LTI standards (LTI 1.1, LTI 1.3) is an added advantage. • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. • Excellent English communication skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
