📋 Description

• You will own end-to-end recruiting for specialists and leaders – from requirements analysis and search strategy to onboarding • You will develop target-group-specific sourcing strategies, manage active sourcing, and ensure structured, evidence-based selection processes • You will advise leaders as a trusted advisor on conducting interviews, suitability diagnostics, market analyses, and offer strategies • You will strengthen our employer brand, build sustainable talent pipelines, and represent JTL in the candidate market • You will advance Talent Acquisition using data and optimize processes, tech stack, and AI-driven automations

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of recruiting experience, ideally in a tech, SaaS, or scale-up environment • Experience with structured interviews • Confident handling of ATS systems, recruiting metrics, and efficient processes • Experience in active sourcing and social recruiting • Ability to take ownership and drive change independently • Structured approach, prioritization skills, and strong communication • Comfort working in a dynamic environment and a data-oriented work style • Use of AI tools to increase recruiting efficiency • Business-fluent English • German skills at B1/B2 level
