📋 Description

• You’ll be responsible for building and managing a healthy revenue pipeline through creative outbound strategies, full-cycle sales execution, and a consultative approach to helping clients understand the value of Jump’s AI platform. • Build pipeline through creative, personalized outbound prospecting • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets • Qualify, advance, and close opportunities across the full sales cycle • Manage procurement, negotiation, and contract processes with precision • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer success and retention • Help strengthen Jump’s reputation as a trusted, loved, category-defining partner • Contribute to building Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of closing experience with a technology company (preferably SaaS) • Proven track record of exceeding quota in Mid-Market or Commercial segments • Experience selling into Financial Services, WealthTech, or adjacent regulated industries (preferred) • Skilled in value-based selling frameworks (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar) • Strong communication and storytelling ability—able to simplify complex AI concepts into customer value • Bonus: experience at a Series A–B startup or in a founding AE role
