Description

• Partner with Product Management & UX Research to deeply understand user needs • Partner with Product Management & Engineering to take features from concept to launch • Create simple, intuitive flows & experiences that delight customers • Set and drive UX Vision and strategy for product area • Test designs & design assumptions with target users; iterate and improve • Make day-to-day design decisions during implementation to ensure high quality launches • Mentor other designers • Lead collaborative design sessions with Product Management & Engineering • Follow up on the effectiveness of the experience after launch, tracking success metrics • Partner with UX leadership team & broader UX team to constantly improve UX

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience designing at fast-paced tech companies • Skilled at balancing business-to-consumer and business-to-business considerations • Well-versed in data-informed product design & development • Experienced in working in an agile environment with design, product, & engineering leaders • Trusted mentor with influential experience & knowledge in design • Passionate about design culture and voice of design principles • Drive collaboration across UX, Engineering & Product teams for cohesive design
