Description
• Chief of Staff role • Develop and execute the company’s strategic roadmap • Oversee day-to-day operations • Lead and/or support key projects • Collaborate with various departments aligning efforts and achieve shared goals • Develop and implement performance metrics and reporting mechanisms • Manage departmental resources to optimize efficiency • Act as a liaison between department head and internal/external stakeholders
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in business, management, economics, or finance-related fields • Start-up or Consulting experience of 3-5 years across strategic initiatives, driving growth, project management, sales, business development, etc • Experience in working with senior leadership and stakeholder management • Strong sense of ownership and truly care about projects that are entrusted to you • Excellent time management skills and solution-oriented mindset which allow you to excel at managing several projects simultaneously • Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and to adapt to a fast & dynamic mindset • Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinking • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication skills
