Description
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, reporting, budgeting, controlling, financial analysis, cash flow management, and tax compliance • Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines in the UAE, with a keen understanding of DMCC rules and regulations • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial records and regulations, accounting principles and reporting standards, financial policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal/external stakeholder requirements
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field • At least 10 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in the tech or startup environment • Expert-level knowledge and experience with financial analysis, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, budget development, and forecasting • Knowledge of UAE and KSA international accounting standards, tax laws, financial regulations and budgeting, reporting
