📋 Description

• Identify and headhunt elite talent across core verticals, including: SAP, Data & Cloud, and Development. • Manage the process from initial outreach and technical screening to offer negotiations. • Consult with hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability. • Pivot between high-volume contract requirements and long-term permanent placements. • Maintain a robust pipeline of 'passive' candidates within the K2 ecosystem to ensure rapid delivery for niche roles.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in recruitment, specifically within Salesforce, SAP, or broader Engineering/Data sectors. • Deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape, including various SAP ERP modules and Azure/Cloud infrastructure. • Demonstrated experience managing both Contract and Permanent recruitment workflows. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and technical leads. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related technical field. • 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition, preferably within the Technology or Professional Services sectors.
