• Drive the social media strategy for Alpha Foods, acting as the creative force behind our brand. • Establish seamless connections between our social channels, website, and landing pages for a cohesive online presence. • Conceptualize and deliver engaging branded video, UGC video and text content regularly, inspiring and leading team members to elevate our brand. • Craft short and concise on-brand and commercial copy that captivates our audience. • Share compelling content through various channels, ensuring a robust web presence. • Develop and execute 360° digital campaigns across social media, website landing pages, and other digital platforms, ensuring global rollout. With your creative ideas, you combine storytelling, brand aesthetics and the latest social media trends to help achieve commercial goals and turn prospects into brand lovers. • Collaborate closely with design and writing teams to produce high-quality, visually stunning content. • Develop UGC briefings to guide creators in producing objective-oriented content that drives the performance of our paid campaigns. • Conceptualise and produce impactful digital content for our paid and organic channels - executing work on your own as well as guiding other team members to turn your concepts into reality. • Work with a wide range of video, copy and static imagery - from photography to short video clips - and turn them into content assets built for individual platforms and audiences. • Optimise in on always on way the performance of your creatives based on the analyses done by the social performance manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field. • Native proficiency in German, Proficient in written and spoken English. • Hands-on, do-it-yourself (DIY) attitude to drive creativity and innovation. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital content and social marketing, preferably in an agency environment. • Proven experience in bringing concepts to life through visual executions, video marketing, and content copywriting for social media, landing pages, and websites. • Expertise in creating campaigns aimed at driving eCommerce sales, with a deep understanding of KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CR, and CTR. • Familiarity with popular social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. • Nice to have: nutritional background or strong knowledge of food supplements.
