📋 Description

• Establish, manage and strategically develop relationships with insurance brokers, broker pools and cooperation partners • Proactively acquire new insurance brokers — including via innovative and digital sales channels • Sustain and expand long-term business relationships • Plan and conduct trainings, roadshows, trade shows and customer retention initiatives • Analyze market and competitive developments in insurance distribution • Develop and maintain a dedicated sales and partner management system • Deliver trainings and meetings at varying locations across Germany

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an insurance and finance specialist or a comparable academic qualification • Solid knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) insurance • Several years of experience in broker distribution or in a field/account management role • Ideally an existing network of brokers, pools or alliances • Enjoys questioning existing structures and actively driving their development • High willingness to travel and ability to organize appointments independently • Interest in digital processes and modern sales approaches • Strong communication skills, persuasive ability and a confident, professional presence
