📋 Description

• Respond to support inquiries about our platform — quickly, clearly and with a solution-focused approach • Guide new savings banks and distribution partners through the technical onboarding process and act as their knowledgeable point of contact • Strengthen long-term customer relationships — together with Sales and Product Management • Work in a digital-first way: video chat, email, phone — efficiently, empathetically and to the point • Actively contribute to the ongoing development of our support processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the banking or real estate sector (e.g., bank clerk) • Experience in telephone-based customer service and/or customer advisory • Enjoy working with technical topics and a curiosity to really understand how things work • Strong willingness to learn and to deepen your knowledge of financing • Strong communication skills, empathy and a passion for teamwork • Confident user of MS Office, ideally also experienced with CRM systems • Excellent German skills (C1) spoken and written
