📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership and support the development of a team of instructors in IT retraining programs, with a focus on IT specialist training • Support and promote the professional and personal development of team members • Take responsibility for teaching quality and continuously develop teaching concepts and formats • Manage the creation, enhancement, and updating of teaching materials for IT retraining programs • Support IT upskilling programs as needed • Collaborate with other departments to further develop workflows, IHK coordination, processes, and offerings • Teach and support retraining participants throughout classes and project work, as well as during the application process

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally in an IT-related field, or an equivalent qualification • Experience with IHK-funded retraining programs and teaching, ideally supporting and training IT specialists • Practical experience in data and process analysis, including knowledge of relevant methods and frameworks • Interest in databases, data analysis, and process modeling, with the ability to quickly learn about new trends • Experience providing subject-matter guidance or developing others, ideally instructors • Strong specialist knowledge in at least one of the following areas: software development, IT infrastructure, data analysis, process management, or digitalization • Excellent teaching and communication skills • Approachable, appreciative, and participant-focused attitude • Very good written and spoken German • AEVO certificate (AdA), Train the Trainer certification, or comparable pedagogical qualification is a plus • Experience with digital learning formats and learning management systems is a plus • Experience creating and producing learning content, including teaching materials, learning assessments, exams, and exercises, is a plus
