Description
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and roadmap • Monitoring and assessing the company's cybersecurity risk posture • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls • Leading incident response and managing cybersecurity incidents and breaches • Staying up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices • Collaborating with IT and business units to ensure the integration of cybersecurity measures
Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field • Proven experience as a Chief Cybersecurity Officer or similar leadership role • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and tools • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable
