• 3–5+ years in B2B sales, Account Executive, or Closing roles • C1+ English (spoken + written) • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas • Experience selling to U.S. SMB or mid-market clients • Strong outbound experience (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) • Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, GoHighLevel) • Ability to manage high-velocity pipelines • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Self‑driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
