📋 Description

• Act as an internal specialist consultant for system integration requests in projects across Latin American countries, supporting the IT CoE Head, SAP Tech Leader, IT Solutions Architect, IT Business Partners, Senior SAP Consultants and Project Managers • Serve as the guardian of existing integrations, keeping technical specifications and documentation aligned with global IT governance and industry best practices • Advocate integration reuse as the default approach, prioritizing reuse over developing new integrations whenever possible • Work with the IT Solutions Architect and the SAP Tech Leader to define approaches for new integrations and recommend appropriate technologies and methods • Guide and review the work of internal and third-party development teams with respect to integration standards and tools • May lead groups or teams of developers and/or technical architects, ensuring best practices across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• SAP certifications, such as SAP PI/PO, required for professional validation • Hands-on experience with SAP and non-SAP integration technologies: RFC, BAPI, ALE/IDoc, ABAP Proxy, Web Services, RESTful APIs and OData • Strong understanding of IBM API Connect, SAP PI / SAP Integration Suite, SAP API Management, SAP Event Mesh and SAP BTP • Expertise in testing, documenting and managing integration capabilities using Swagger, Postman or equivalent market tools • Good overall knowledge of SAP ECC modules and their integration capabilities • Expertise in security protocols and best practices for secure connectivity • Fluent in spoken, written and reading English and Spanish • Intermediate Portuguese for technical and business terms is a plus • Experience leading a team of developers and/or technical architects is a plus • Strong communication skills to engage with business and IT stakeholders located worldwide • High level of responsibility and a proactive approach to solving integration challenges • Ability to determine solutions independently and to know when to seek guidance on complex issues • Comfortable working with limited supervision on standard issues and with detailed instructions on new assignments
