📋 Description

• Support the Resource Management Specialist in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding qualified freelance linguists, editors, and QA specialists across multiple languages. • Coordinate testing and evaluation workflows with internal stakeholders and language leads. • Maintain accurate records of resource qualifications, availability, and onboarding status in internal systems. • Assign resources to subtitling projects based on language requirements, availability, and performance history. • Track project schedules and ensure resourcing needs are met for timely, high-quality deliveries. • Liaise between linguists and project managers to facilitate task assignments. • Update internal tools and trackers, including rate cards, availability logs, performance data, and recruitment pipelines. • Generate resource utilization and performance reports. • Communicate with freelancers about scheduling, onboarding, project expectations, and general inquiries. • Build and maintain relationships with high-performing language specialists.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in resource coordination, vendor management, or localization operations—preferably in subtitling, audiovisual translation, or media localization. • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing to onboarding) for freelance linguists or language talents. • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, ERP systems, and ATS such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Excel, HireEZ, and Workable. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. • Familiarity with subtitling tools is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Experience supporting resourcing or production teams in a media localization or post-production environment is preferred. • Understanding of subtitling workflows and quality standards in streaming and broadcast media is preferred. • Familiarity with global freelance networks and regional language trends is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Localization, Media Studies, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
