• As a Senior Graphic Designer, working in Kittl’s Marketing team, you will design exceptionally engaging graphics to help Kittl to communicate a consistent and on-brand message to the design world, in both static and motion graphic design. You will use your creative flair and mastery to design a wide array of branding and marketing materials (2D, 3D, static and motion) for digital that resonate with Kittl’s rapidly growing audiences. • This is your opportunity to be one of the early-stage graphic designers who change the entire landscape of graphic design with a future unicorn.
• Experience: You're a senior professional with five-plus years of SaaS and/or gaming experience delivering high-grade graphic design for marketing domains • Portfolio: Your portfolio shows variety in your work. We need to see a strong demonstration of your marketing design graphics (focused on typography, fonts, motion design, web design for landing pages, and illustration) for SaaS and/or gaming platforms • Design skills: Proficient in static and animation/motion graphics. Expertise in design principles, typography, colour theory, and user-centered design principles. • Tools: Figma. (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro). Video editing and animation using Premier Pro or similar • Be KPI driven: An innate understanding of metrics, KPIs, and how your designs can impact them • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills while working cross-functionally with various teams and seniority levels • Be a self-starter: Motivated to take the initiative and work independently, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Education: Degree level or similar qualification in graphic design • Location: You're able to work on-site hybrid from our Berlin, London, or Düsseldorf offices
• 30 vacation days per year for all employees • An allowance of 50 working days per year (10 weeks, if you count the weekend) of fully remote work from anywhere in the world, as long as you maintain core working hours (12pm to 5pm CET) • Core working hours are 12pm to 5pm CET, with the rest of your working time being flexible so you can work in a style that suits you best (early riser or a night owl) • You'll be working with a truly product-led company with PM's, engineers and designers at the heart of the company • Regular team events and offsites
