• Collaborate closely with copywriters and designers to set tasks for the design and content team • Code HTML and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions • Ensure clarity in messages/emails through proofreading for grammar and spelling errors • Identify the company’s target audience and develop marketing strategies for all channels (push notifications, SMS, email, messenger, etc.) • Demonstrate proficiency in email marketing tools such as GetResponse, YESPO, and Esputnik • Implement advanced segmentation strategies to deliver personalized content to diverse audience segments • Regularly analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement • Generate leads through created email databases and sales revenue reports based on email marketing campaigns • Conduct A/B tests on various elements to optimize email content, subject lines, and content
• 2+ years of digital marketing or email marketing experience • Proficiency in tracking, measuring, and reporting on the results of email marketing campaigns to determine ROI • Experience in marketing automation and content management systems • Knowledge of HTML • Strong written and oral communication skills • Excellent analytical skills and ability to select actionable insights from data
