• Drive sales development within your assigned district, reporting directly to the International Sales Manager based in Germany • Support existing customers through sales and product training, regular visits, merchandising support, and technical product expertise • Increase brand and product visibility at trade shows, with specialist dealers and similar retailers • Identify and acquire new customers across various market segments (e.g., electrical installation, construction, automotive, sanitary/plumbing) • Conduct joint calls with customers’ sales teams, including end-user visits and product demonstrations/trainings • Analyze market, customer, and competitor data in the region • Be "on the road" 3–4 days per week with 1–2 days working from home
• University degree or comparable commercial qualification, ideally with a focus on marketing and sales • At least three years of professional experience in sales, preferably with technical products or tools • Proven track record in building relationships with distributors and end customers • Experience with digital sales, marketing tools, and social media • Strong presentation and communication skills • Structured, solution-oriented and proactive working style • Fluent in English
