• Implementare ed eseguire un approccio sistematico alla gestione delle vendite sul territorio assegnato, in stretta collaborazione con il Direttore Regionale Italia. • Pianificare, coordinare ed eseguire tutte le attività di vendita in Italia, garantendo uno sviluppo coerente del pipeline e dell'ordine. • Gestire le vendite di soluzioni per attrezzature di capitale per il riciclaggio e la selezione dei rifiuti, con valori tipici di progetto compresi tra 200.000€ e 1,5 milioni€ per ordine. • Possedere e gestire il budget delle vendite nell’area, compresa la previsione e il monitoraggio delle performance.
• Minimo 5 anni di esperienza professionale nel settore del riciclaggio rifiuti o lavorazione rifiuti • Esperienza comprovata nella vendita di attrezzature di capitale di grandi dimensioni, nella gestione di lunghi cicli di vendita e/o nella vendita di soluzioni tecniche complesse - idealmente nel settore del riciclaggio • Esperienza dimostrata nella gestione di clientela strategica e ambienti con stakeholder complessi • Forte acume commerciale con una mentalità orientata al cliente, ai risultati e imprenditoriale • Passione genuina per la tecnologia, la sostenibilità e le persone. • Ottima comunicazione verbale e scritta in italiano e inglese; altre lingue sono un plus.
