📋 Description

• Development and support of the distributor network (50%) • Identify and prospect new distributors to expand the network. • Support existing distributors in expanding product ranges, promoting and selling our products. • Train distributor teams on the technical features and benefits of our tools. • Monitor distributor performance regularly and suggest areas for improvement. • Act as the primary point of contact for distributors and ensure a trusted relationship. • Specification and influence with target users (50%) • Identify strategic end users (tradespeople, construction professionals, industrial clients, etc.) and understand their needs. • Present and demonstrate the technical and practical advantages of our tools. • Organize product demonstrations on-site or at professional events. • Build trusted relationships with users to foster loyalty to our products.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in B2B sales, ideally in industrial supplies. • Knowledge of distribution networks. • Understanding of specification/influence mechanisms. • Ability to understand users' technical needs and propose suitable solutions. • Strong negotiation and sales skills. • Comfortable presenting and demonstrating products. • Bac +2/3 in business or technical field (or equivalent experience). • Driver’s license (category B) required (frequent travel). • Basic knowledge of English would be an asset.
