Description

• Maintaining accurate customer and billing records • Investigating and responding to customer inquiries about their accounts • Handling various payment methods • Assisting with month-end closing activities • Managing Collection Process • Escalating Delinquent Accounts to Sales Team • Investigating Customers Bounced Emails

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred or field experience • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel) • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.) • Strong verbal and written communications in English (and regional language, if applicable, is preferred) • Excellent time management and organization skills
