📋 Description

• Work 100% remotely, engaging with clients via virtual meetings, phone, and email • Educate clients on life insurance products, including term, whole, and universal life policies • Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend tailored life insurance solutions • Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners in real estate, title, and mortgage • Utilize phone, email, social media, and virtual networking to drive new business • Present quotes and close sales with confidence and professionalism • Navigate multiple systems including CRM, quoting tools, and carrier platforms • Meet and exceed monthly production goals

🎯 Requirements

• Life insurance sales experience (required) • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude • Excellent communication and presentation skills • High energy and motivation to succeed • Coachability and a desire to grow • Strong computer and CRM navigation skills • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment • 3 to 5 years of life insurance sales experience • Active Life and Health Insurance License • P&C license and experience (preferred but not required)
