📋 Description

• Provide HR advice to the Managing Directors and managers • Serve as the first point of contact for strategic and operational HR topics for a designated group of employees and managers • Support managers with employee-related individual measures and working-time regulations • Coordinate and conduct recruitment interviews at the site • Collaborate with the Employee Service Center on administrative HR processes • Advise Payroll on relevant topics concerning the designated group • Prepare HR reporting as part of the month-end closing process • Conduct the annual GPS and Talent Review processes • Ensure action planning for key talents and succession planning for local key positions • Help shape strategic workforce planning and organizational changes • Advise on employee participation processes and maintain a trusting working relationship with the works council and authorities • Implement HR projects and initiatives and support change processes • Manage performance management, analyze HR metrics, and support talent management, succession planning, salary reviews, Compensation & Benefits, and local employer branding • Support the production of high-quality inspection machines and automation solutions for the pharmaceutical industry

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree, for example in business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable field • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar position is preferred • Solid experience advising managers • Excellent communication skills • Good knowledge of employment law, the German Works Constitution Act, tax law, and social security law • Proficiency in IT systems and solutions, such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Interflex, and MS Office • Initiative and a solution-oriented approach • Confidence and resilience in challenging situations
