Description

• Define and implement marketing and communication strategies for the Dach market aligned with overall business objectives • Measure and analyze local marketing KPIs and use the insights to adapt strategy • Assist the Global Growth team by providing insightful market knowledge and expertise • Support the Global Brand Manager for events, press relation and social media management in the German market • Adapt marketing content to the German market, such as newsletters, paid ads, website pages, and marketing materials • Build local Marketing partnerships • Monitor market trends and competitor's activities, and share reporting within the company • Collaborate with other Kolsquarians (Sales, Account Manager, Product, etc.)

Requirements

• 5 years of work experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in marketing and communication management for MarTech / AdTech company • Very organized, proactive, and have a synthetic mind • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Creative and think out of the box • Solution maker: face challenges with enthusiasm and always think about solutions • Team player • Love digital marketing, social media, and/or influencer marketing • Native German speaker and fluent in English (compulsory)
